Arrowtown Ski Trip July 2002

This holiday (July '02) we were lucky enough to get to play in the snow - both on skis and on tubes!!

Had a great stay at Arrowtown (thanks, Mum :-), weather couldn't have been better, and the ladies all got their first taste of skiing.

Monday: Sarah and Alana getting a tow up the lift at the Tube Park at The Remarkables ski field. Nothing like a leisurely ride up the slopes. Awesome Dude!

Tuesday: OK, funtime over. Now for the serious stuff! Sarah and Alana at Coronet Peak for their very first morning on Skiis. Ski Bunnies?

Thursday: Back to The Remarkables and a 5cm dump of snow in the morning. Fresh powder...YAHOO! Fiona, with Alana to the left.

By 11am Thursday morning, the clouds had cleared, the sun was out, the powder was thick and dry. What more could you ask for on a day at the Remarks.?

Friday: Look at me! I can Skiiiiiiiiiiii!
